Seasoned street poet and self publisher David Merritt and improvisatory tunesmith Justine Francis have explored uncharted live poetry and viola territory on various stages in the past year including WOMAD and the Dunedin Fringe where they won a best sound award. Understated musical backdrops compliment lilting lyrical poetic cadence within the arresting work of one of NZ’s best loved poets.
